- We also carry out independent site inspections focused on verifying progress and reported work during active builds.

What We Don’t Do

- We do not build or design
- We do not employ or manage fundis
- We do not approve technical work
- We do not handle construction funds

How it Works

Our role is to provide independent, structured oversight so you can make informed decisions while building remotely.

We do not manage construction.
We verify and report.

Step 1 — Initial Consultation & Scope

We start with a paid consultation to understand:- Your project stage- Who is involved (architect, engineer, fundis)- What decisions you need visibility onThis defines what will be checked, when, and why.
No work begins without a clear scope.

Step 2 — Pre-Visit Brief

Before any site visit:- We confirm what stage is being claimed- We align on what evidence is expected at that stage- We agree the inspection focus (progress, materials, workmanship, or discrepancies)This prevents vague or open-ended site visits.

Step 3 — Site Visit & Verification

A site visit is conducted to:- Verify actual progress against the agreed stage- Document visible workmanship and materials- Identify variances between claims and realityWe observe and record.
We do not instruct fundis or approve technical work.

Step 4 — Evidence & Reporting

You receive a clear report including:- Photos and observations- What appears complete- What appears incomplete or inconsistent- Issues that may require professional input (architect/engineer)Reports are factual and non-directive.

Step 5 — Client Decision
Based on the report:

-You decide whether to release funds- You decide whether to pause or proceed- You decide whether to involve your professionals- We do not authorise payments.- We enable informed decisions.

Ongoing Oversight (Optional)

For clients building remotely, oversight can be provided:per stage, oron a monthly basisEach visit follows the same structured process above.
